Shipping and Returns.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are excluded from all prices quoted on this site.

Shipping companies do not usually deliver to rural delivery numbers. Please contact us to arrange for a shipping method to your needs.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we Lotus Realm Traders have a strict 10 DAY RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund after 10 days from the invoice date.

In order to receive a refund please fax or email us back the form below containing the relevant information. Our customers services department will contact you if any queries arise during processing of this refund.

This form you fax or email back will be either forwarded on to our sales representative for the goods to be collected, or a courier ticket will be sent for your use, to return the goods, if required.

If your sales representative does not have a copy of your damaged goods report when he/she calls, then you must deal with us directly, not through the sales representative.

The sales representative’s copy of the damaged goods report must be attached to the credit note and returned to us for processing.

PLEASE NOTE:

No refund will be given unless this form has been filled out and faxed/emailed back to us within 10 days of the invoice date.

All goods must be returned in there original packaging.

If above conditions are not met a credit will not be given. There are no exceptions to these conditions.
